Check out your future responsibilities below
  • Organizing and taking care of the daily administrative activities given by the department coordinator.
  • Conducting all correspondence and taking care about the proper distribution of the information to all relevant persons.
  • Receiving the new employees in the department
  • Ensuring the necessary resources (room, beamer, etc…).
  • Conduct all correspondence and necessary routine statistics and information;
  • Provide administrative support of the assigned department’s staff and manager;
  • Administrate the assigned Department Leader’s calendar;
  • Handle and arrange all protocol aspects;
  • Organize and procure office material and equipment;
  • Create/release the Shopping Cards for the production equipment (if applicable);
  • Inventory management (organizing/ tracking/ scrapping the inventory equipment)
  • Organize meetings, events & audits (visit announcement, room reservation, production equipment, protocol);
  • Administrate the allocated meeting rooms;
  • Organize travels and the subsequent booking of travel expenses and documents of the assigned department’s staff and manager;
  • Maintain related employees working time data (Interflex System);
  • Create and track of electronic capital requests and purchase requisitions and tracking of ordering status;
  • Create and track electronic personnel requests and keep track of status;
  • Provide support for general and frequent used tools (ex WebClient).
    • QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications
  • University degree in Economics, Social Sciences or relevant
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good command of English
  • Administrative & organizational skills
  • Very good communication skills

  • Good command of German
