Team Coordinator - Constanta in Constanţa

Responsibilities Support and coordination of a travel team of specialists across the globe. Ensure the execution and support the team leader planning and stakeholder's expectation. Ensure together with the team leader that all the working hours and costs are correct registered and allocated in SAP/Cost and Work Center. Ensure the records and up to date of technical and H&S Trainings for the team. Ensure that the SAP is up to date. Support the team leader on elaborate the best and efficient plan for the year and support the team leader on leading the team. Willing to travel and to work overtime Support the team leader on keep the team motivated and up to the tasks Qualifications Excellent knowledge of the SAP Team lading experience and team spirit Excellent knowledge of the English language Previous experience in team coordination and technical background electrical or mechanical Competencies Excellent knowledge of MS office Knowledge of mobility and TPA/Visa process Remote team management knowledge Previous experience in technologies company or administrative Experiences in Mobility and Immigration What we offer We offer an exciting job, a professional learning environment and opportunities for career development at a global wind turbine manufacturer.
