Team Leader IT Support with French Bucuresti, Romania Permanent contract IT (Information Technology) Apply Responsibilities You will join the mutualized L1 & L2 IT support activities Hub within Corporate Function Technology (CFT) department.To run its operations, continue the growth of activities and increase the quality of the activities delivered, we are recruiting an IT Support Operations Team Leader.What you will do:•Manage a team of IT analysts handling L1/L2 support activities/business analysts, part of one of our three teams, each one in charge of applications either from Real Estate, Procurement, Dematerialization or Referentials domain;•Steer the IT support operations, coordinates incident management process and follows up on the production incidents until the service is fully restored; •Act as a single point of contact for team potential issues and manage complex aspects related to the applications supported by the team; •Responsible of the operational governance with the application owners, applicative teams and business lines;•Manage the team's knowledge management (document base, skills transfers – polyvalence, back-up matrix);•Ensure a functional coordination of the IT support activities executed by our extended team located in Bangalore;•Monitors KPIs vs SLAs, communicate it accordingly to our partners and propose corrective actions in case the SLAs are not respected; •People management: take in charge the management of the team from recruitment, performance, workload management to career development; •Involved in the extension of the perimeter and ensure a smooth transition of the support activities from the applicative teams within the mutualized SAU & GAP Hub; •Ensure team’s time-tracking and budget monitoring for the tools supported (forecast/landing plan/cost optimization);•Propose and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation through RPAs and industrialization of the processes;•Facilitate internal/external audit mission for the applications in scope. Profile required •> 3-5 years’ experience in people management roles, preferable in IT;•Fluent in French and English; •Good command of the ITIL processes (previous experience in IT support);•Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint;•Excellent analytical and communication skills;•Ability to prioritize and multitask activities based on daily actions in queue.
