You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while enjoying every day on the job. What you will be doing at Webhelp As a Tech Support Advisor, you will:Maintain customer relationships through product support (by phone, live chat or email) Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical and account issues Manage effectively all incoming complaints or requestsKeep track of customer interactions Own and manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceeded Contribute to our Client's brand imageWhat we are looking for Your motivation to help people and your ability to think on your feet will take you far in your journey with us.
