Technical Business Analyst in Constanţa

SQL (junior) REST API (regular) We at DiPocket are currently expanding our BA team and looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. Goal of this position is to analyze and document the detailed Functional and Non-functional requirements of the business in a relevant, traceable, testable, verifiable format, including workflow diagrams, use cases, business rules analysis, process flows, data flows, test cases, etc.What would you do as a Technical Business Analyst?• Identify AS-IS process and exercise GAP analysis to define needed changes.• Prepare specifications in a form of diagrams and tables.• Write use cases with mockups of graphical user interface.• Develop user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams – “Happy Path” and “Alternative Path”.• Interview and negotiate on business requirements with clients.• Support system change processes from requirements through implementation• Understand different internal stakeholders’ needs by gathering various data related to finance,sales,legal and other teams processes.What would we expect from you?• Experience in the position of technical business analyst or system analyst.• Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle), REST API• Experience in API specification analysis• Basic understanding of card issuing and payments ecosystem, with network schemes suchasVISA/Mastercard.• Business analysis experience with financial institutions, preferably Fintech.• Fluent written and spoken in English.What would we consider as an advantage?• Understanding of Open Banking principles and related processes knowing the differencebetweenASPSP and PSP for both AIS and PIS requests would be considered as a huge plus• Exposure to Cards Acquiring.What would you get being part of DiPocket?• Annual performance and compensation reviews.• Training and support during the adaptation period.• Excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.• Experience of working in fast changing international environment.• Flexible working schedule with remote work possibilities.• Hybrid working schedule with 2 days per week at Mindspace Koszyki and other flexible.
