If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.We offer you a motivating environment with exciting projects and would appreciate to welcome you in our team as aTechnical ManagerYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES• Ensure technical solutions are aligned with Customer/Market scope and requirements• Support the definition of the technical scope, goals and deliverables of the projects• Act as Technical Authority/Signatory for projects• Technical Governance including management and reporting on the technical aspects of the projects• Technically lead the engineering team including technical reviews and approvals of the Works.• Provide and end-to-end view of the Engineering and integration activities, including system design and integration management• Maintain detailed knowledge of product development roadmaps and alignment with Customer/Market requirements• Develop key relationships with Customer Technical Specialists and decision makers• Identify resource requirement and build effective competent teams through selection, training and development• Develop processes, methods and tools to support the effective delivery of projectsExperience• University degree in Electrical, Electronic, industrial engineering or related discipline.• Minimum of 10 years of signalling engineering experience or demonstration of experience in relevant positions (systems / sub-systems HW&SW application design or integration, product development) in a complex and normative environment (railway, aerospace, defense).• Experience of successfully delivery of major projects • Good analytical skill and previous experience in system design & integration.• Knowledge of IXL Systems, safety principles and power supply background.• Able to handle multiple complex projects with competing priorities• Knowledge of Romania regulatory approvals process• Experience with RAMS and V&V• Experience in advance train control systems including ETCSCompetencies• Critical thinking and problem solving• Decision-making and leadership capabilities• Conflict resolution experience• Adaptability• High level of EnglishOUR BENEFITS• Powerful teams, open and friendly working atmosphere as well as flat hierarchies• Exciting projects at a high technological level• Flexible working hours / WFH (remote)• Further training and development opportunities Job Type Full Time-Regular Experience Level Mid Level Total Years of Exp 10+
