Challenges you will solve:Translate high-level business goals into an actionable, data-driven roadmapActively participate in roadmap planning and help align product initiatives with business objectives and strategiesCreate product requirements that bring clarity, focus and prioritization to complex problemsLaunch new products and features, test their performance and iterate quicklyCollaborate and communicate effectively with architectures, designers, and business partners to build alignment across team membersDesign wireframes, workflows, charts and graphics using design toolsBreak projects into attainable milestones and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve those milestonesDefine metrics of success and failure and make sure the team is clear on objectivesAbout you:Manage 2-3 product management jobsWrite stories/requirements, worked on UI design with UI/UX folks, have conducted focus groups (major plus)Run scrum as part of sprint, and/or was directly a project managerCoordinate cross functional teams: engineering, DevOps, QA, and multiple productsInvolved with social media / social networking / C2C communities / cryptocurrency / consumer payments as product managerUnderstand human behaviors online, usage motivations, and by demographics and political spectrumIdeal candidates will have managed consumer-oriented websites and mobile apps,Experienced working as a software engineer / software manager in the past, and/or possess a computer science or equivalent education with Product Manager backgroundWe Believe in Equal OpportunityWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
