The aim being to remove local complexity and to simplify the rollout of international projects.To support this commitment, the Global Business Apps department is looking for a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to be part of the API and e-Components team with development squads in Bucharest, Paris and Mexico.The TPO will focus on the functional and technical aspects of the EDG APIs. This role is key for our business, and it has a direct impact on the Edenred products and solutions deployment across the Edenred countries.Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the local API & e-Components manager in Bucharest. The TPO works directly with the API Product Manger based in Paris and who manages the overall EDG API activity. EDG stands for Edenred Digital Gateways which is a key and strategic element supporting Edenred activity.The TPO responsibilities are the roadmap, the delivery and the operations of the APIs in his/her scope. The objective is to manage the EDG APIs as highly performant products for internal customers. Our activity brings value to the overall Edenred business by helping to simplify developments, reducing cost and accelerating the go to market of mainly global but also local Edenred Solutions and Products.The Technical Product Owner: Manages the API life cycle. From creation to the end of life.Works with internal customers to identify present and future business needs, together with their business value.Works with the API architect and tech Leads to translate business to technical requirements.Works with the API Product Manager to structure the API PortfolioResponsible of his/her squad backlog and the development prioritization with focus on providing balance between the technical and the functional constraints vs the cost and the business impact, Responsible of his/her squad release planning: definition, justification, communication and follow-upVoice of the customer during the development cycles. Conveys customer vision and objectives to the development team.Orchestrates technical test to assure the quality of the deliverablesIdentifies and communicates the business value provided by his/her squad developmentsResponsible of Performance KPIs definition, management and communication. ​Required skills & profile:Experience:+ 5 years of experience in a relevant position in a technical and preferable international environmentAPI development and ecosystem experienceMuleSoft experience/knowledge is a plusKnowledge and Skills:University or technical degreeFormal Product Owner training preferredGood technical and business understandingStrong in communication and organization, be able to prioritize tasks and adapt when necessary Strong skills in documentation and capability to articulate issues and tasks for IT and non-IT staffFluent spoken and written English.
