Technical Sales Manager in Bucuresti

Responsibilities Plan and carry out sales activities to agreed budgets Maintain and develop existing and new customers through customer contacts and liaison with distributor and internal sales staff. Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims. Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, and telemarketing Your team You will be working in an international team with colleagues throughout the EMEA region. Next to that, you interact with a large inside sales team, finance, and operations team to drive customer satisfaction.Experience Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. 3 to 5 years of sales experience in an electronic environment, possibly a Metrology environment. Ability to build relationships with clients quickly Independent Experience or strong affinity with; Calibration or Metrology solutions; Temperature measurements; Managing a territory. Personal skills The ability to work effectively to deadlines and to thrive in pressured or stressful situations. Good negotiation skills. Sizing opportunities and genergeneratingvative ideas. Managing customers in a polite, friendly, and diplomatic manner. Strong interpersonal skills.
