What you will do Creating and developing the team work with the recruitment team, to select future and valuable team membershelps the new members have a quick ramp responsible for the good functioning of the team.ensures that every team member has a development plan. Setting and communicating objectives: defines team and individual goals.makes sure all the team members know the team objectives and work to meet them.presents the team objectives results at the end of every quarter. Prioritizing communicates clearly and in time, the importance of the projects his team is working on.changes, communicates, and explains the priorities shift when this is needed. Problem solving easily identifies potential causes for the problems faced by the team.evaluates the impact and the complexity of the problems faced by the team.consults the subject matter experts, to find the right solutions. Technical contribution makes sure that the team has all the development procedures in place and respectedensures that the support backlog is reducedmakes sure that the deadlines are respectedimproves team velocityresponsible for the application architecture and well-functioning of the applicationapplication has continuous integrationensures that we keep up with the technologiesgenerates technical debt stories Proposing improvement ideas for the applications, procedures and technologies used; Documenting and sharing knowledge to other team members; What you must have At least one year of previous experience in team management Flexible, communicative, team player Good mediator, decisive, self motivated, agile Analytical mind, well-organized, able to prioritize and delegate Technical experience (Good programming knowledge, previous work experience with any modern Framework) Staying up to date with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities; What we offer Grow Faster.
