02-Aug-2021 Technical Training Specialist ROM-Bucharest 36055BR Job Description PTCU Technical InstructorRomaniaThis position is ideal for an enthusiastic, energetic individual who enjoys engaging with clients virtually (online), face-to-face, and through social media. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn PTC software, training technology, and delivery. Your training assignments will allow you to interact with a diverse set of PTC customers across various technical fields, including CAD, AR, IIoT, and PLM.Day-To-Day:• Deliver virtual, private onsite, and public training for PTC customers• Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills• Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses• Participate in needs analysis and qualification calls with customers as the subject matter expert for Education Services• Articulate and demonstrate knowledge of training curriculum available across PTCU University product portfolio• Prepare and conduct technical training programs.• Create instructor guides based on the course materials created by the instructional design team (course timings, background material, and training aids).• This position requires up to 25% travel to deliver training to PTC customers via onsite private engagements Preferred Skills and Knowledge:• Highly organized, action-oriented, and committed to driving quality results• Self-starter, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies• Experience teaching online using technology such as WebEx and Virtual Machines• Effective prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills• Project management skills – proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to influence others without formal authority• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creativelyPreferred Experience:• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required• 3-5 Years of experience teaching technical training (Bonus familiarity with PTC’s ThingWorx, CWindchill, or CREO)• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; German or French skills represent a big plus. #LI-DNI PTC Company Description PTC unleashes innovation with award-winning, market-proven digital solutions that enable industrial companies to differentiate their products and services, improve operational excellence, and increase workforce productivity.
