We work with some of the biggest organizations worldwide, therefore as Capability Network Consultant, your impact will be truly global and you will collaborate with the brightest minds in the industry.Enterprise Agility as a part of Technology Strategy & Advisory is our dedicated practice focused on transforming business and technology to achieve business agility at scale and competitive advantage.What will you do?Depending on your experience you will support Accenture clients in:Understanding their challenges and ambitions regarding IT Operating Model by discussing with the C-Suite, executives and team membersDeveloping transformation strategy of the Operating Models towards agilityDefinition of target state for Agile Operating Models and transformation roadmapsImplementation and activation of re-defined strategy, capabilities and processes, Introducing of the Agile and Scaled Agile values and principles in the organizationBuilding the efficiency in delivering value by introducing, re-shaping and improving operating model components: capabilities, processes, organization and technologyUnderstanding and adopting new practices by coaching and training executives and teamsQualifications Requirements:Min. bachelor’s degreeExperience in a consulting company in advisor role supporting IT Operating Model and Agile transformations with industry-leading frameworks and methodologies, proven with a certificates e.g. PMI, ITIL; Agile: PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, AgilePM or similarDeep interest and practical experience (min. 2 years) in using Agile and Scaled Agile methods and practicesStrong problem-solving skills including the ability to structure client challenges, perform end-to-end analysesAbility to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and powerful manner with exceptional communicating skills allowing interactions with all levels, including C-Suite client representatives.First class written and verbal communication skills including excellent business English (good level of proficiency in second language regarded as a strong asset)Independency and ability to deal with new issues in dynamic work environments, including working and delivering under pressure and non-standard hoursExperience and willingness to continue working in international & challenging environments at client’s locations mostly across Europe but also Middle EastWorking Conditions:Headquarter: Warsaw, Cracow or Wroclaw Office as primary place of work, but now we are working from home due to pandemic situationDue to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely.
