We work in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment where you will have the opportunity to rotate through research and development, mainline development and sustain environments while working with our offshore partners.Your responsibilitiesAnalyze requirements and develop tests according to the project specificationsDevelop and automate testing tools for software validationParticipate in related technical reviewEnsure the quality of the system by collaboration with development and validation teamsPrepare test report and test progress inside the projectStatic and dynamic code analyzer experienceTest reports, test metrics, traceability experienceMaintain test strategy for all software test levelsMaintain testing plans for all software test levelsBe responsible for the planning and management of the testing activities (within the SW team)Be responsible for defining the test phases executed in the project, the responsibilities for the test activities, test methods to be used, and the test environmentReport the status of test activities and found problems for the defined test phasesStructuring and scheduling test activities in a project. Ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the test resourcesEnsuring the availability of necessary resources and competencies in field of testingEnsuring the availability of the necessary test equipmentAssessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effortGuiding and coaching the project testing activitiesCustomer interface for SW testing teamYour profile5+ years experience in Embedded Software DevelopmentKnowledge in integrating 3rd party test suitsKnowledge in developing new test suits for new components - mainly embedded CExperience with managing teamsGood command of C languageRequirement management - PTC Integrity (Author Documents), IBM Doors or similar toolExperience with source control (one of SVN, GIT, CVS)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBS or MS in Computer Science or a similar engineering disciplineExperience with test execution and validationNice to haveExperience with automated testing toolsAUTOSAR development and integrationStatic analysisTest manager experienceHW, SIL/HIL, embedded knowledgeISO26262 for FUSA testingTools experienceASPICE 3.1 process SWE.4, SWE.5, SWE.6Defect management: JiraBuses: CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2CVector Tools: CANoe, CANape, vFlash, vTESTstudioOur benefitsPowerful teams, open and friendly working atmosphere as well as flat hierarchiesExciting projects at a high technological levelFlexible working hours / WFH (remote)Further training and development opportunities
