Testing Engineer in Arad

Jobprofile Central contact person internally and customer wise for test issues in the supervised projects Elaboration and coordination of inspection plans (DVP) and prototype control plans in cooperation with Project manager/ Lead Eng. Development, suppliers and customers together with measure and testing specifications, system specifications, customer and Webasto specifications Self-dependent planning, organization and execution of testing incl. planning of resources (testing facilities, measuring devices, devices, Hard- and Software) in project with higher complexity Steering and control of project specific tasks in prototyping Cooperation with external service providers Evolution and optimization of test methods Discharging of prototypes: Execution of the discharging session, collection of the delivery documentation Analyzing and evaluation of test results inc. Product signing off Documentation (test reports) and delivery of proposals/suggestions for product improvement Presentation of technical and time related status of testing in the project Calibration of results from simulation and testing Calibration of test activities with customer contact person and support at testing of the entire vehicle testing Self-dependent support of a test facility Attendance at FMEAs and working on the relevant FMEA-points Requirements Technical degree (engineering, automotive engineering or similar) Very good knowledge in measuring hardware and measuring software Very good product knowledge in R&D systems and/or special knowledge special components (e.g. rollo / glas specialist) Very good knowledge in specific test methods or test devices (e.g. screw test facility) Good analytic skills Basic knowledge in FMEA, APQP, 8D, statistics Structured way of working Self-dependent way of working Team orientation and communication skills Good assertiveness (positioning) Good English language skills in written and spoken Good use of MS-Office package Willingness to travel A Plus in benefits With us, you can receive a package of numerous benefits—including flexible working hours, meal tickets, medical insurance for you and your family, development programs, foreign language courses, Christmas and Easter bonuses.
