Job Description
- Lead and continuously improve the Operation Quality Assembly Auditors team to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Plan and execute Quality Management activities during sample and pre-production phases, including drawing analysis and process validation.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific standards, and internal procedures across all production processes.
- Manage non-conforming product control, initiate corrective/preventive actions post-SOP, and oversee 8D report evaluations.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards, and implement a Quality Improvement Plan to meet defined targets.
- Coordinate training and provide ongoing guidance to team members to ensure skill development and alignment with quality goals.
- Approve and follow up on Deviation Approvals and production process procedures in line with supplier and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- University degree
- Knowledge of quality tools : PPAP / EMPB, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK, IATF 16949 , VDA6.3
- PC user(Office package: Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of English – medium/advanced level
- Knowledge of German language – advantage
- Communication skills (Moderation, Negotiation, Presentation)
- Leadership skills (flexibility, feedback, problem solving, conflict management)
