TLC Renewals Specialist in Bucuresti

THE ROLE The Temenos Learning Community (TLC) RenewalsSpecialist is a member of the TLC Renewals Team and is assigned a set ofspecific responsibilities related to the Business Unit’s operational processesand procedures by the TLC Business Operations Manager or designate alternate.The primary role of the TLC Renewals team is toprovide sales and administrative support over internal TLC sales and operationalprocesses and activities . This includes all training activities, invoicing,communicating with clients for the renewal of TLC contracts, training feedback,and training inquiries. It is also responsible for time card & expense reportapprovals, Contract administration, and as requested, special projects.  The Renewals Specialist also serves as theprimary point of contact with other internal teams such as Regional Sales,Finance, Distribution, and the other TLC business units. The RenewalsSpecialist also interfaces with external entities including TLC members,Clients, and Temenos partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYou will establish and maintain strong working relationships with TLC Members and Regional & Central Services management and teams.You will identify and monitor training risks.You will escalate risks and problems to the TLC Business Operations Manager.You will manage the monitoring and assignment of inquiries sent to the TLC Enquiries Help Desk.You will recommend ongoing improvements in the TLC Customer Experience.You will comply with Temenos policies.You will organize and oversee internal TLC training /cross-training needs.You will do additional PMO activities that may be assigned from time to time. SKILLS & EXPERIENCEYou should have knowledge and experience in back-office operations in the banking or software industry.You should have track record of working with business clients, ideally from finance or banking industryYou should have good communication skills (written & verbal).You should have organizational, administrative, and operational skills. You should have basic understanding of Contracts and financial accounting.You should have proficiency with office tools, including Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.You should be results-oriented with a strong personal work ethic.  TEMENOS VALUESCare about identifying and monitoring training risksCommit to escalaterisks and problems Collaborate with the wider TLC teamChallenge the business for constant improvements
