Training Administrator in Oradea

Purpose Statement: Manage all internal training activities and programs within the company.Key Job Accountabilities:Manage the Cornerstone Management System to ensure the alignment of Oradea site to Global requirements (Creating Events, Creating Sessions, Running Reports, Creating New Certifications, Creating Tests, etc.).Be responsible for facilitating Classroom trainings on its expertise (CSOD Introduction, IPC 610 CIS level, etc.).Analyze new training materials.Provide support in the process of continuous improvement in training/training materials.Ensure the implementation of new revisions of training materials, working with SME/dedicated trainers, etc.Manage the need for specific training.Make different reports in the training area.Additional Accountabilities:Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health.Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required.Two (2) years of related experience is required.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications: Presentation skills, interpersonal skills.Familiarity with the production process – advantage.Work Environment:The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform.Plexus is a global organization, whose headquarters are located in the United States and whose services are offered through its international affiliates.
