Description & Requirements
Main responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate recording of services invoices, including complex allocation of such services among cost centres;
Maintain the communication with vendors for balance confirmations and investigation of any discrepancies;
In charge with cash transactions : preparation, process into the SAP system (without approvals)
Validate & close into internal workflow system the home expense advances given to employees
Petty cash- accurate and timely processed as required by local laws and corporate policies
Prepare the cash flow report
Prepare the documentation for payments approvals
Ensure timely and accurate recording employee expense claims;
Provide support during internal and external audit missions;
Validate & close into internal workflow system the home expense advances given to employees;
Responsible for services and operational expenses accrual process;
Work with Senior accountant to ensure all operational expense are complete
Support Senior accountant with preparation of fiscal statement preparation;
Performs month-end duties – including specific journals posting;
Balance sheet accounts monthly reconciliation in accordance to corporate deadlines;
Maintain the day to day communication and on-going activities with our banks
Identifies and implements improvement ideas for process simplification and standardisation;
Skills and relevant experience:
2-3 years work experience within Accounting/ Finance Department;
Romanian GAAP knowledge – US GAAP is a plus;
Prior experience in multinational companies highly preferred;
Good English level, both written and spoken;
Good MS Office knowledge;
SAP experience
