888Sparkware – part of 888 Holdings , one of the world’s most popular online gaming companies, is seeking UI/UX Design professionals to join the team.   Job Goal Work closely with our UX/UI studio and Product managers to create both new product design/UX and improve existing features as well create the wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and design specifications necessary to build intuitive, beautiful user experiences across the web & mobile platforms Identify usability/functionality problems and devise elegant and rapid solutions Implement concepts, guidelines in various creative projects Collaborate daily with Product Managers and Software Developers to define, design, and deliver great products Job Assignments Provide UI and UX design solutions for Company products Joint work with product managers, programmers, and artists to define and develop products on PC and mobile platforms Able to independently manage design projects and to provide end-to-end solutions to arising problems Proven ability to be a team player in a cross-cultural and multilingual environment Job Requirements Experience in user interface design (particularly in rich internet applications, mobile and web products) Strong portfolio of product design or Updated UX & UI portfolio a must! (Please attach a portfolio or a link to an online version) Highly proficient in UI and UX principles – a mandatory requirement Significant experience in developing UX prototypes (concepts, wireframes, etc.) using Adobe Creative Suite(XD) and tools such as InvisionApp/Figma/sketch A pixel-perfect freak that doesn't compromise on the smallest details English at a good level Strong ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and prioritize Animation skills – an advantage Knowledge in game design and illustrations – an advantage A graduate of a higher education institution for design – an advantage Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript. – an advantage
