Are you a passionate and experienced UX Designer looking for a challenging opportunity to work on complex projects for some of the best brands in Poland and abroad? Look no further! Your Role & Responsibilities: Creating best-in-class design solutions and user experiences Involving in UX projects (1-3 at the same time) Building low-fidelity & high-fidelity product concepts & prototypes Mapping user flows, define information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces Auditing and improving current products Working in an end-to-end digital process  Visualising your ideas and inspiring others Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts) to develop and implement design solutions In addition, at the Senior level: Leading UX projects Direct cooperation with Clients (with the support of PM) Improving workflow, and defining internal processes and our visual standards Managing a team of Junior UX Designers, providing training and support Your Profile & Skills Required: Strong portfolio of commercial projects Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+) and Polish A full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs Good communication and presentation skills Proactive attitude, solving problems and figuring things out Good understanding of business and technology Extreme attention to details Experience in UX Audits would be a plus What do we offer? 6 000 - 12 000 NET + VAT at Mid level 12 000 - 18 000 NET + VAT at Senior level   Flexible work mode (100% remote, office or mix) 7-hours working day ⛱ 24 days (+national holidays) of paid leave Private healthcare (Enel-Med) English lessons with a Native Speaker ⚽  Co-financing for a Multisport card Possibility to work from our modern office (WeWork Mennica Legacy Tower) ‍ Apple equipment (MacBook M1) ‍ Regular Knowledge Sharing meetups & workshops Access to our educational library Regular team meetups and parties Freelance Are you currently interested in joining our network of partners & freelances instead of long-term cooperation?
