Contribute to our success by:
•Creates innovative solutions that lead to excellent and progressive products in collaboration with PM/PO and the UX team members;
•Derives his/her work from the user’s problems;
•Analysis of customer requirements and the ability to transform them into wireframes, flowcharts, and prototypes, with subsequent conception, planning and implementation using user-centered design methods;
•Communication between local and global UX teams;
•Able to take and work on existing designs, using given guidelines;
•Creates high fidelity mockups and prototypes;
•Take responsibility for checking own work for any inconsistencies or errors before handing over for review;
•Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent UX experiences;
•Support and collaborate with internal and external personnel in different areas of expertise.
Qualifications:
•Completed degree in computer science or a comparable vocational training (for example, UI/UX oriented courses or specializations m / f);
•An available portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience;
•Experience in creating prototypes and highly fidelity mockups for complex applications (web and mobile);
•Experience in mobile design frameworks (Google Material and iOS Human Interface Guidelines);
•Practical experience in Interaction Design, Visual Design, creation, and development of User Interface patterns, templates and style guides;
•Experience in agile methodology, preferably SCRUM and Continuous Integration;
•Have a strong familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles;
•Be proficient in using at least a design tool (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma and/or Sketch);
•Be proficient in prototyping tools such as Invision, Axure, Principle or UXPin;
•Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for design decisions;
•Furthermore, you are a team player with excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral;
•You have a developer curiosity and good analytical skills;
•Commitment to quality-oriented practices are self-evident to you;
