Booking.com is looking for a Core Voice Engineer. As a member of an international team of voice specialists, you will be responsible for the architecture, build, implementation, and maintenance of our voice infrastructure(e.g. CUCM, Unity, Expressways, SQL, Oracle SBC’s). You will be required to drive constant innovation in a fast-paced dynamic environment experiencing tremendous growth, where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required.
Core Voice engineers are expected to coach and mentor more junior engineers and be a technical leader in their team, ensuring best practices are being implemented.

- You have an extensive understanding of the Cisco telephony suite such as CUCM and 3rd party applications such as call recording and WFM.
- You have an understanding of network protocols
- You can challenge, steer, and implement the future vision and roadmap for voice and our attached infrastructure.
- You are passionate about automation. Experience with powershell, python, puppet/terraform, is a big plus
- You are passionate about Voice space and its customer experience using services that the team owns
