We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talent team.Our IT department is looking to add a new team member as VoIP Engineer based in Warsaw Poland (Hybrid) Job Description-Management, administration, and support of Global Company network and VoIP infrastructure and Contact Center Solutions (3cx) including availability and capacity managementActive participation in VoIP project planning and project management responsibilities which may include establishing priorities, specifications, and approaches, organising, and scheduling, working with others to complete the project.Support and administration of Cisco and Arista based networks and Voice over IP technologies.As part of the Network team, the engineer is responsible for daily administration and support of VOIP, LAN and WAN related devices and technologies within the Global scope of the organisation.In addition, the engineer will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to migrations and implementation of VoIP solution in the company locations.KPI (Key Performance Indicators)Reply to request in the scope of internal SLA (1 hour)Low percentage or absence of reopened tickets on requestsHandling tickets in only prescribed mail or ticket system due to security reasonsNo security incidents in the scope of IT infrastructureMaintaining the health of 3cx call system and another call systems.Positive feedbacks from colleagues/no complaints escalated to Team LeadScrupulous compliance with legal software requirementsKeeping relevant documentation up to dateNo downtimes in overall operation of IT infrastructure and 3cx system.OKR (Objectives and Key Results)Analyse and resolve 3cx VoIP Incidents/Problems and Service Requests according the company proceduresDiagnosis and resolution of network and VoIP failures and performing network and communication management activities and application problemsMonitors and responds to hardware, software, and network problems relating to VoIP and Network equipmentUtilises software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting network performanceAct according to Policies and Procedures eg. Change Management processCreate and maintain internal technical documentation.Providing comprehensive routing logic to ensure that the customer is routed to the correct call centre type in the correct market or countryRequirements:Experience in supporting network and VoIP technologies in mid-size companyKnowledge of the principles and practices used in the design of LANs, WANs, and VoIP systemsExpertise in networking (Cisco);Experience with network emulators / simulators (Cisco PT, GNS3, EVE NG);Experience in design, construction and maintenance, local networks and data centres (Network Design);Experience in maintaining and writing documentation on networks (block diagrams, L2 / L3 schemes, IP addressing, description of settings, etc.);Knowledge and experience in administration of operating systems of the Unix family (Linux, BSD);Knowledge and skills of methods of administration of active network equipment (Cisco, ubiquiti, arista, opengear);Experience in organising vpn-mesh networks and working with firewalls / routers (pfSense, iptables).Experience with dynamic routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).Ability to configure and maintain VPN services (OpenVPN, IPSec, tinc, WireGuard).Ability to configure and work with network equipment (cisco, arista, ubiquiti).Experience with configuration management systems and description of configurations for network devices (ansible).Understanding the basics of network security.Understanding of incident management processes.Desire to learn, ability to quickly learn new approaches and technologies.Will be as advantage::Experience with cloud services (AWS);Availability of CISCO certificates (CCNA / CCNP, CCDA);Knowledge of scripting programming languages and the ability to write scripts (bash, python, etc).Interested!
