By joining EC, you will have the unique opportunity to work on AECOM’s monumental projects located around the world, contributing to our purpose of delivering a better world.Minimum RequirementsHave experience (5 years minimum) in engineering design teams for major water/wastewater engineering infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.Familiarity with Europe Water Industry practices.Knowledge of Infoworks ICM - Sewer Pipe network design and modeling software will be a big plus.Design pumping systems, pumping stations, pipelines, force mains, or sewers for the collection of wastewater.Design industrial processing systems.Perform hydraulic analyses of water supply systems or water distribution networks to model flow characteristics, test for pressure losses, or identify opportunities to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency.Analyze operational data to evaluate operations, processes, or products.Knowledge of current design management processes.Understanding of BIM and its application in the water industryAttending workshops and generating action lists (and their follow-up).Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients, and internally.In-depth experience in water and wastewater network modeling.Previous experience in the development of water and wastewater master plans.Detailed pipe, hydraulic calculation and equipment sizing, and general plant design.Experience in 3D modeling systems using REVIT will be an advantage.Basic knowledge of pipe supports design.Experience with European and/or American Standards and Codes will be an advantage.Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.Ability to interface with other disciplines.Problem-solving skills and finding the most suitable solutions for our clients.Concern for the improvement of professional training.Responsibility, conscientiousness, rigor in carrying out tasks, and self-motivated.Cooperation with other colleagues, teamwork.Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required.Other software skills (AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Autodesk Plant 3D) will be an advantage.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Engineering (BSc or MSc in Hydromechanics, Civil, Mechanical, or equivalent Engineering field)What We OfferWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
