Website ManagerAdecco Permanent Placement & Executive Search Division is looking for its client, a multinational company that developed a chain of stores focused on the bricolage industry, for a Website Manager with a proactive attitude, a flexible approach and ability to adapt quickly, whom has a strong experience in working with Magento and/or WooCommerce CMS, Digital KPIs, Online Advertising channels, Google Analytics custom and standard reporting, Google & Facebook Ads metrics.Part of Digital Team, as Website Manager you will establish, drive, improve and optimize processes related to platform development, content integration and deployment of marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Working closely with internal team members across multiple departments and our external partners, you will be responsible for defining the customer interaction with our product and services portfolio and provide a seamless user experience on Bricodepot.ro website.Main responsibilitiesLead the full development cycles of platforms to continuously roll out ecommerce features and functionalitiesOwn the development backlog and the relationship with both internal stakeholders and 3rd party implementation companiesWork together with our trading team to properly plan and organize the online product portfolio, ensuring website listing of entire assortmentsLead the Digital Steering Committees when needed and create all necessary supporting materials for board meetings and other forums (local and group level)Platform development:• Permanently develop and Implement ecommerce features and functionalities based on thorough research and in compliance with eCommerce processes so the site may become second to none in the DIY retail market• Responsible with properly planning and optimizing the capabilities development backlog• Manage day to day running of the online platform.• Act as a project manager with external partners to ensure they understand tasks assigned and deliver required assets within time, budget and at our standards• Liaise across marketing and trading teams to ensure that any relevant marketing activity (publications and promotions) are supported on the website and implement them together with our external partners• Act as a SME on behalf of Marketing department in all cross-company development projectsSales, Content & Campaign management• Work together with our trading team to properly plan and organize the online product portfolio, ensuring website listing of entire assortments• Plan and implement the creation of appropriate content• Manage own media assets (carousels, category banners, static sections) and ensure relevant user engagement with all sections.• Ensure all online communication initiatives and their execution across the business are aligned with brand guidelines• Analyse data and user journeys to make improvements to websites and ongoing campaigns• Work together with our partners to implement our on-site SEO strategyOperational support• Responsible with prioritization of the support tasks and incidents to deliver the agreed SLAs in the Incident Management process for supporting Operational and Customer Care departments in fulfilling orders and offer customer support• Escalate incidents to our development partners, group and local IT by properly writing business requirements for identified malfunctions that limit the shopping experience on our digital channels• Responsible with Knowledge Sharing within the departmentReporting• Track, analyse and report the performance of all own media assets• Monitor competition and digital trends to assess their addressability on Bricodepot.ro• Keep up to date with industry and monitor competitor websites• Constant monitor website performance metrics and produce digital & sales reports for key stakeholders (marketing, trading, board, Kingfisher Group)Inter departmental communication• Creates all necessary communication materials and ensures internal communication about on-going activities is clear, planned and delivered on time to all relevant stakeholders• Leads the Digital Steering Committee when needed and creates all necessary supporting materials for board meetings and other forums (local and group level)Budget• Budget owner for all platform related activities• Responsible with all necessary budget provisioning, forecasting, and reporting on Digital Marketing related activitiesTeam Management• Will oversee the entire platform development and content management sub-department, managing the team and Individual performance and training• Responsible for advice to all business users across organization in the effective ways of working on developing new functionalities, platform specific process improvement and content management processWhat are we looking for?Enthusiasm – In entropy lies opportunityAdaptiveness – Change is progressPositivity – “How can we fill the empty half of the glass?”Sharpness – We make quick decisions and act even quicker.
