It does not cover technical details and/or daily routines. WHY AM I HERE? I am accountable for the commercial success of EA Franchises in WE. I manage, by surfacing territory needs within franchises global GTM strategies and plans but also by representing EA Franchises at regional level with our key partners (internally and externally) and stakeholders. I report into the WECFM Lead. WHAT DO I DO? Represent Franchise in WE and territory within Franchise working closely with Franchise MS&P and Marcom. Drives WE execution of global franchise strategy Provide territory/commercial lens on Franchise strategy Addresses WE opportunities & risks providing market/industry/channel/franchise R&Os Ensure WE commercial and marketing team alignment in representing commercial within franchise MKTG meetings (Updates Marcom on retail plans, D@R... So that we can amplify if appropriate) Provide tools and processes to Commercial teams in order to sustain accounts and Franchise strategy in the market Be the voice of the Franchise regionally – Retailers meeting or equivalent involving Marcom team when appropriate. Work closely with the regional manager to help building the regional 3 years strategy. Manage and execute local brand partnerships Support commercial programs with license partners Support merchandises/loots initiatives in partnership with global teams Support WE relationship and execution with our brands partners (Coke…) Manage non-traditional business partners Explore and test new business opportunities with non- traditional partners like Telcos Leverage our CGD commercial opportunity working closely with regional/Global team Local 1st party relationships and business ownership Leads commercial programs with assigned 1st party in coordination with the 1st party global team Execute global deals and surface local opportunities About EA At Electronic Arts, we exist to Inspire the World to Play.
