Role description
The Infrastructure Programme is a Deutsche Bank initiative which looks at all aspects of Privileged Access within the Bank and aims to put in place controls to ensure such access is done in accordance with Bank policies.
The programme has implemented a Global CyberArk Platform to manage Privileged Access within the Bank and carried out extensive integration with existing systems (ServiceNow etc).
The CyberArk platform requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement – software upgrades, deployment of new features, modifications etc.
This role is to provide technical expertise to the Engineering team in support of maintenance, implementation, configuration and customisation for all activities related to Privileged Access Management, especially the CyberArk environment. You will be expected to be proactive in the effort for continuous improvement from both an operational and customer service perspective, whilst ensuring compliance with any regulatory change projects.
The future colleague will work closely with Technical Architects, SMEs and Engineers within the Infrastructure Programmme, capture their requirements and develop appropriate Technical Designs & solutions
Requirements:

Experience in the implementation and configurations of IAM/PAM systems

In depth experience of deployment, configuration and customisation of CyberArk PAS components (PSM, CPM, PVWA, Vault, AIM)

API development experience
-
Experience in scripting and writing code. Particularly strong in Powershell

Active Directory administration
-
Operating systems: Windows, UNIX, LINUX with emphasis on Windows

Experience in operational process changes excellent troubleshooting skills.

Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex environment

Good written and verbal communications

Good understanding of ITIL principles. Prior exposure to ServiceNow

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
