What you do:
Activities will focus on supporting management and developing our organization by:
- Supporting administrative activities ( organization of documentation; archive; calendar management; monitor and maintain the documents inventory; schedule meetings);
- Preparing communication files and presentations;
- Taking over of small projects in the field of data analysis (Excel or Python knowledge is helpful)
- Organizing meetings and business trips
- Maintaining contact with external and internal partners
Qualifications
Qualifications
Education:
• University studies in progress (Faculty of Economics or Business preferred)
Know-how:
• Good knowledge of IT tools;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Good excel and power point knowledge
Personality:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with internal and external partners;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Reliable and responsible way of working;
- Team player;
- Possess ability to multi-task;
- Has the ability to work autonomously;
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development;
Languages spoken:
• Fluency in English;
