Your contribution to something big:
- Responsible for delivery notes; receives or sends information from the colleagues regarding deliveries; prepares products for deliveries and hands them over to the transport responsible
- Supports the physical or digital reception of the components, packages and envelops and registers them in SAP
- Assures the correct storage of the available products
- Communicates deviations regarding the goods (quality and quantity) and escalates the problem to the responsible people
- Helps with keeping the records for complains received and tracks down the communication flow of the solutions; supports also with the documentation needed according to the procedures
- Offers support for other deposit operational activities, according to the coordinator from the logistic deposit
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- On going studies, preferably in economical or technical domain
- Basic PS operating skills
- English level- medium
- Good physical condition (the job requires handling different packages with significant weigh)
