WSM Analyst in Bucuresti

We have an exciting position that has become available in our team based in Bucharest. We are looking for an individual who is great with numbers, likes to work with excel and keen to provide insights for our customers then this could be the role for you.Supporting customers who have enrolled in our wet stock management services. You will be required to identify, investigate, close-out and or provide solutions to system generated and customer reported incidents. In your role some of your accountabilities will be to: provide insights through fuel reconciliations reconcile fuel stock and investigate discrepancies provide technical support which will involve mobilising on-site engineers work closely with Account Managers to collate and provide monthly statistical reporting information and customer related dataTo be successful in this role you will need to: have an intermediate working knowledge of English (spoken and written) have a good working knowledge of MS office, specifically excel have previous experience in managing client relationships or account management have knowledge of statistical concepts coupled with the ability to work with large volumes of data have a natural technical aptitude to working with IT systems and portals be methodical and structured in organising and managing your own workload as well as demonstrating flexibility to support the team and the wider business.
