Accountant
Career Band 4
The position is located in Iasi for a fixed period of 2 years.
About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a ready to deliver new team member to replace for a period of 2 years our current associate leaving for maternity leave. The job incumbent will be responsible for accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant managerial reports and financial statements.
What are your duties? To…
- Assure accuracy of ledgers in co-operation with supervisor
- Co-operate in the local process for yearly and periodical financial planning
- Provide needed information (routine financial reporting)
- Work in compliance with statutory requirements in the area of responsibility
- Co-operate with internal & external auditors
- Assure the protection of assets of Ecolab according to defined guidelines
The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:
- Adequate level of education, university studies (BA or BS) or relevant experience
- Relevant accounting experience of minimum 7-8 years
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access, or the ability to be trained
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Access)
- Experience with WizPro
- Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and both detail and process oriented
- B2/ intermediate level for English language skills
