The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world! PLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship. Your position and environment? Our Faurecia Seating Business Group – Covers & Foam Division is looking for you as a VIE Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer m/f. Your role and responsibilities? Your main missions will be to : Deploy APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) related to the development phase (or in current production) of Bought-Out Parts following the Group's purchasing requirements Give recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect-free process through program management Manage progress plan with low-performance suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer Manage the process qualification (trial run at rate & process audit) with plant Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer and Program Quality Leader Follow the APQP progress with the status report (ePPAP, Helios…), communicate it and take decision in collaboration with the program team Train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied Monitor the Production Part Approval before the transfer to the plant and hand over to the plant SQA Engineer Manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations Conduct supplier panel assessments in accordance to the commodity/the process & technology responsibilities The mission will last 12 months. Who are you? Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Quality Fluent in English Results oriented Strong written and oral communications skills Ability to work in a matrixed organization International mindset, overseas experience a plus Ready to take on a new challenge?
