Responsibilities
Achieves individual and team objectives set by SLA (Service Contracts) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators);
Coordinate and administrate global Air & Ocean reports;
Source figures and statistics from different systems and compile reports;
Create high-level Dashboards for TopManagement;
Maintain functional reporting and communication lines with Business Information Management (BIM) Air & Ocean and comply with corporate guidelines, processes and authorizations;
Escalate conflicts and issues to BIM Air & Ocean;
Ensure reports distribution according to established protocols;
Data validation and sanity checks. Qualifications Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes;
Previous work experience in Reporting or Business Information Management (preferably);
Degree in Supply Chain Management or Economics;
Willing to travel overseas for training and/or review meetings;
Ability to manage high workloads by prioritizing. Time-management skills. High level of attention to details and accuracy;
Very strong focus on details, figures and statistics;
Works in a rigorous and transparent manner that ensures efficient task completion;
Fluent spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred);
Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.), with good level of data modelling tools (Excel, Xcelsius, etc).
