SIAD Group is experiencing high growth and we are now hiring for multiple roles across our business. We are looking for talented people to accelerate our development and sustain business strategies. As Bulk Logistic Coordinator you will be responsible for logistic of liquid gases and transport activities in Romania in close cooperation with Operation Manager, Plant Managers and Sales staff.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating cylinders and liquid transport activiy
- Coordinating import and 3rd party supply of products for SIAD Romania
- Elaborates activity reports and forecasts of expenses related to logistics and procurement related contracts within SIAD Romania(transport and supply contracts)
- Elaborating activity reports and forecasts of products delivered within SIAD Romania
- Ensuring proper tracking and stocks organization for both business lines cylinders and liquid
- Making sure that all KPIs are fulfilled with regards to distribution and transport to / from deposits/ customers (dangerous goods transport)
The ideal candidate will have to meet the following requirments :
- University Education, preferably with specialization in Logistic and Transport;
- Professional training courses in ADR plus Trading and Procurment;
- At least 5 years experience in the field in similar positions
Required Knowledge:
- Relevant knowledge in the field concerned;
- Fluent in English both spoken and written;
- PC user knowledge: word, powerpoint and excel (advanced user);
- ERP software experience.
