What you’ll achieve As a Business Operations Senior Analyst you will perform Business User Acceptance Testing for the Risk Management, Fraud, and Credit functions on projects and changes You will: Draft and revise test plans and scripts with consideration to end-to-end system flows; Execute test scripts according to application requirements documentation Log defects, identifies course of action and perform preliminary root cause analysis; analyze and communicate test results to project team. Coordinate multiple testers and testing activities within a project- may act as a project test lead and provide direction to lower level testers Retest software corrections to ensure problems are resolved- documents evolution of testing procedures for future replication. Identify, recommend and implement procedures; Executes test scripts according to application requirements documentation improvements to enhance testing strategies; Interaction with development, project management, and; moderate interaction with business partners and external vendors/supp Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Ability to manage multiple assignments and processes and prior experience in UAT testing is required. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently and have excellent time management, communication, and problem solving skills. Independently determines approach on project, anticipates and prevents potential problems Performs estimation efforts on projects and demonstrates strong understanding of intersystem dependencies around primary applications Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and develop moderate knowledge of system being tested Desirable Requirements Understanding of automated testing tools and procedures.
