Coating Process Engineer in Arad

Main responsibilities of the job: Main responsible for coating process and related equipments (washing machine, conformal coating, curing oven, depanelization machine, ionic contamination machine) Performs trials for equipment setup; Coating process window / parameters definition; Preproduction builds coordination; Prepares and implements process documentation for the process; Production process hand over to production and maintenance; Process and Technical support; Technical input for problem solving; Process / methods continues improvement. Tracks failures, back downs and prepares root cause analysis reports and propose corrective actions. Supports process development and cost improvement activities within the company QualificationsRequirements: Technical University: Electronics Engineering. Minimum 3 years experience in SMT processes. Knowledge of SMT coating process, equipment and equipment programming/optimization Understanding of electrical circuits schemes. Basic knowledge of SMT equipment troubleshooting/maintenance.
