PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support with managing offline master model of UK and Ireland combustibles
- Analyze financial impact of volume within the market
- Work with wider team on cross-functional products regarding pricing strategy and reactions to market movements
- Holistic management of end market pricing process

- Building eFlow pricing requests
- Calculation of pricing conditions for Oral category
- Testing and checking prices
- Managing pricing tools required across category and liaising with key accounts on account specific conditions.
- Ownership of end-to-end pricing process offline and on BAT systems

- Support budget management, for lines involving key accounts – total customer investment. Including both tracking of actuals and modelling/forecasting variable lines each month
- Involvement with competitors reporting, pricing trackers and other cyclical regional/area requests
- Support commercial finance team through Ad Hoc requests
- Supporting Financial data collection from various teams (Trade, Marketing, Supply Chain etc.);
- Supporting with Month End procedures: consolidation of accruals, posting journals, recharges, ensuring all the corrections are done, etc.;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Jr Finance Analyst, Jr Finance Assistant or similar role, at least 1 year;
- Familiarity with accounting & reporting software (ex. SAP, BPC)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
- Great attention to detail with ability to spot numerical errors;
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular;
- Familiarity with accounting software (ex. SAP);
- Fluency in English;
