Position Summary:

- Administrative billing/invoice responsibilities;
- Invoicing;
- Other administrative tasks like data entry, sorting documentation;
- Permanent communication with all departments.

Generic responsibilities:
- Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards;
- Production of duty and VAT invoices/cash receipts, data input, supporting documents handling.

Qualifications:
