What we expect from you:
- to offer technical support to GTS Telecom
clients having equipment located in Data Center, in shifts according to
the schedule;
- to proactively monitor and investigate
incidents and dysfunctionalities that appear at the equipment collocated
in Data Center;
- to communicate with the technical personnel of
the clients related to the functionality of the equipment collocated in
Data Center;
- to execute specific activities of installing,
service and maintenance of GTS Telecom equipment and of clients collocated
in Data Center;
- to ensure the functionality of the monitoring
systems of assets of the Datacenter through specific methods of
maintenance and troubleshooting.
What recommends you:
- availability to work in shifts;
- university graduate/student in a technical
field;
- experience in examining hardware equipment;
- specific knowledge related to equipment used
in GTS Telecom: Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Alcatel;
- certifications in the domain (it is a plus);
- understanding the functionality/capacity to
troubleshoot HVAC systems (it is a plus);
- understanding of the functionality/capacity to
troubleshoot the electrical systems, single phase/three phase;
- English language.
