You are responsible for automating processes across all functions and regions within the execution unit, ensuring greater efficiency, standards, and effectiveness in business operations.How you will make an impact:As the Data Analyst for automating and digitalizing workflows and processes across the GT GS Business, you will be responsible for development and implementation of data pipelines to integrate several data sources. This includes communicating with stakeholders, main focus the value thar are being created and ensuring standards and efficiency on the data transfer, all with the sustainability process mindset.To create and monitor KPIs to guarantee the quality and reliability of the data, identifying inconsistencies and proposing improvements - as well as implementing and maintaining data validation and cleansing processes, ensuring the integrity of the information.To design and develop a centralized database/data warehouse, implementing efficient information storage and management strategies.To create customized BI (Business Intelligence) solutions on your own that meet the unique data and analytical needs of the business. This includes perform exploratory and descriptive analyses of data, using statistical and visualization techniques to identify trends and patterns.Your responsibility includes training employees on the use of developed BI, document and communicate the results of data analyses, preparing clear and objective reports and presentations for different audiences.As an interface between commercial functions within the execution unit, your role involves collaborating with various functions across all regions to develop and implement use cases. This includes working closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful execution of commercial strategies and final implementation.You are facilitating alignment and exchange between different business organizations. This includes fostering collaboration and communication among finance community and DPS (Data, Processes & Systems) departments to ensure the successful sharing of knowledge, experiences, and best practices across the organization.What you bring:Equivalent professional working experience of 3-8 years in a related fieldMid-term experience in data processing tools (, Alteryx, Snaplogic, Python, R), data visualization tools (, Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud) and robotic process automation ( UiPath).Experience in developing queries and scripts in SQL - ability to handle large volumes of data.Knowledge of Data Quality techniques, including the identification and correction of inconsistent, incomplete or duplicate data.Comprehensive understanding of commercial data flows and processesSAP experience is desirable.You are result oriented, empathic, respectful & open-minded and you have the ability to work in interdisciplinary team.Business fluency in English as you will work on use cases across all regions, proficiency in German is beneficial.About the team:Within Grid Solutions Operational Excellence organization, you will actively drive our growth journey.
