You will work on electrical sub systems / components like Industrial Heat Pumps, Waste Heat Recovery which covers: HV-, MV-, LV- and AC/DC-Switchgears, Load Lists, Batteries, Rectifiers, Inverters, DC-DC Converters, Diesel Generators, HV- and LV-transformers, generator circuit breaker, protection and grid interfaces.How You'll Make an ImpactYou will need to drive innovation and new designs based on the technical background, within projects in the fields of industrial heat pumps, waste heat recovery or various new technologies.Review and commenting of Customer Request for Quotation and preparing of cost calculationsEvaluation of EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) contract (Customer specification, etc.)Preparation of electrical layout/ concept and design/ calculation of electrical systems and componentsPreparation of the time schedule for the electrical scope of worksSupervision of deadlines, quality, and costs for the electrical systems in chargePreparation of technical specifications and inquiry documentationYou collaborate closely with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.Participation in engineering and optimization of interfaces and scope of worksReview of contractors engineeringSupervision of contractor’s time schedule and costsCoordination of electrical erection contractors with project and site requirementsTrouble shootingWhat You BringSuccessfully completed college degree, preferably within the field of electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education in the field2-6 years of experience in a project environment , as member of an execution team in the role of project engineer in the power generation or Oil & Gas marketTechnical education or working experience in the fields of electrical engineering with knowledge of electrical systems and componentsWillingness for business travels with international contactsWork experience in a foreign country or exposure to international business is advantageous.About The TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.Within our Gas Services Organization we work on customized solutions to support our Customer’s to Decarbonize their Plants.
