Job DescriptionThe Opportunity Due to an increased volume of work, we are sourcing an experienced Earthworks Foreman for the $100M SAP project in Parkes. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will work closely with the project team and have full oversight for ensuring safety, quality, cost and time targets are met. You will be involved in managing client and subcontractor, and will be reporting to senior management on performance of your scope of work.Responsibilities will include:Ensure workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective Actions;Apply practical knowledge to relevant FH systems and procedures and/or site specific procedures/ instructions;Coordinate with engineer team to develop and maintain short term progress;Supervise subcontract packages and ensure compliance with defined earthworks scope, and;Develop good working relationships with internal and external partners.About YouYou will bring 10+ years of co-ordinating and supervising the work across mid to large scale civil projects predominantly within the earthworks space. Your sound knowledge of plant and equipment, preferably with an operator background, as well as a strong understanding of plant GPS systems will set you up well within the team.
