YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mentoring and coaching colleagues in web development
- Acquire management skills necessary for a team leader
- Development and maintenance of modern web applications
- Design of multilayered architectures for web applications and services
- Organize and maintain CI/CD processes in projects
- Ensure and spread best practices for high quality software development, incl. Clean Code and SOLID principles
- Coordination of requirements and design concepts with customers and project partners in English, German is a plus
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in computer science, natural sciences or engineering
- Passion for software development 2+ years of experience in web development with Angular or React and Spring Boot or Node.js
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB First experience with modern deployment technologies, e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure DevOps
- First experience with service-oriented architectures
- First experience in guidance of other colleagues
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to work independently
- Very good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
- The ability to work efficiently with customers on reaching common goals
