Global Financial Reporting Analyst in Bucuresti

Job Purpose Prepare Account Receivable reports within given deadlines in right quality. Work to improve both data and reporting quality and enhance the reporting cycle through use of right automation tools. Main Responsibilities Prepare all Account Receivable Reports within given time schedule and analyze the output together with Credit & Collection Management Improve the quality of data working together with Country & Regional & Global Credit & Collection and Finance teams Work on continuous improvement of Reporting quality together with Finance team Support Credit & Collection Leadership for AdHoc Report requests Assisting Budget process and making necessary recommendations Design automated and standard cycles of Reporting together with Credit & Collection team Preferred Work Experience Min. 8 years of work experience in relevant (finance or accounting) fields Min. 3 years of Financial Reporting experience Financial knowledge to read and asses financial data Experience in working Shared Service structure or multinational Companies dealing with multi-country operations (preferred) Education Requirement Graduate of Finance or Economics or Accounting or Management or Business Administration related degree Language Requirements Romanian and English fluency (C2) must A second language next to English preferred Computer Skills requirement Excel – advanced level – must SAP experience must BW & BI experience preferred Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience preferred GetPaid experience preferred Soft Skills/Competencies Ability to think & act on International context – have the multi-cultural mindset Highest level of integrity and ethical standards Ability to work without direct supervision independently Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills Build working interpersonal relationships with multiple functions Ability to communicate quickly back & forth with internal customers Attention to detail
