For our client, a leader in the production of corrugated cardboard packagings, we are looking for a HR Specialist in Sfantu Gheorghe.
Requirements:
Unviersity Degree (Psychology or Sociology specialization represents an advantage);
Human Resources qualification represents an advantage;
English language at an advanced level;
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (personnel administration, payroll calculation or recruiting);
Experience in working with a HR software.
Descrierea jobului
Elaborating all necessary documents related to the individual contracts, acording to the law;
Collaborating with the department managers and with payroll provider;
Supervising the personnel administration process and the monthly time sheet of the employees;
Conducting internal recruitment process by promoting the company in the local market and updating the recruiting data base;
Elaborating specific HR reports periodically and on demand;
Providing support and consultancy for managers in organization of departments, from a legislative and policy point of view;
Supporting actively the process of HR procedures implementation: Performance Management, Learning & Development annual plan, On-Boarding and Induction;
Supporting and being involved in implementing the CSR budgeted activities at plant level for both local communities and internal employees.
