HR Systems Technical Consultant The HR department is undergoing a wide-ranging review of their technology landscape to simplify and modernize systems, increase agility, streamline processes, and enhance the experience for employees. This is an exciting time to join the Global Talent Applications Team What you will be doing: • You will be part of an Agile team that will provide technical consulting expertise, evaluation, implementation, integration, migration, and support.• You will be working with technologies like ABAP, APIs, .Net, SAP PO• You will participate in the development and integration of new systems and applications, as well as the support and deprecation of existing platforms.• This is a hybrid role that requires not only software development skills, but also platform administration and troubleshooting, and consulting skills.• Occasional travel may be required Skills and Qualifications: Required • You have a BA or BS degree or equivalent. • You have minimum 2 years’ experience in the support and development of a hybrid cloud environment and the required interfaces for such an environment. • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in using programming languages. • Previous experience with API development, ABAP, .Net, Payroll systems it’s a plus. • You have demonstrated ability to pursue multiple pathways to get to a solution. • You are an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people in other locations and cultures. • You are a fast learner. • You have conceptual skills, analytical skills, pragmatism, and critical thinking. • Good English skills both spoken and written. Preferred • You have experience building systems that transfer information to each other using a variety of methods (APIs, midservers, etc.) • You have experience with ABAP or .NET development. • You have experience with both on-prem and SaaS solutions, particularly in HR technologies. • You have experience with HR systems or business processes for a global company.
