Inside Sales Representative (Telesales) in Giurgiu

Kuehne + Nagel is looking for an Inside Sales Representative responsible for the sales of the services. Your Role Perform the sales of the servicesImprove the results of the sales team, ensuring a high rate of profitability of the investments made related to the sales departmentMaintain a close, direct and personal relationship with the most important clients Your Responsibilities To own, monitor + drive all sales activities of the field + inside sales organization.To focus on customer facing activities + be actively involved in the generation of sustainable new business opportunities with a clear focus on SME.To monitor competitor activity by gathering+ communicating current information on pricing + products. Perform all aspects of the sales process and input & update all relevant activities utilizing Kuehne + Nagel systems daily.To focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the operational team.Cross-sell Kuehne & Nagel suite of services. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree, equivalent, or similar level of education in transport business;+3 years’ experience in a similar position as field sales in freight forwarding (road), mandatory;Strong knowledge and understanding of Road Logistics business and network solutions;Experience with logistics processes, systems, and solutions;Strong oral and written communication skills;Effective presentation and customer relations skills, excellent listening skills;Organizational, administrative, and strong communication skills, both oral & written;Good analytical skills with attention to detail, able to work on own initiative and within a team;Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to produce results; Able to set priorities and to keep an overview;Good problem solving and negotiation skills, both commercial as well as diplomatic and team-oriented;Excellent computer literate (MS Office);Language skills: Advanced level of English, mandatory.
