For our client, a leader in shipping & transport industry, we are looking for an International Freight Forwarder .

The International Freight Forwarder works closely with clients and internal team members in this key role.
In order to be successful in this role you'll need:
- Experience in a role involving extensive client contact (Freight Forwarding experience is a plus);
- Fluent in English (advanced level);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer oriented;
- Attention to details, including the ability analyse, investigate and solve problems without a standard resolution.

You will be responsible with:
- Developing the clients and suppliers portfolio;
- Managing customer and supplier databases by maintaining permanent contact with them;
- Providing client support for particular aspects (transmission, monitoring and finalization of orders);
- Elaborating and transmitting offers to clients, respecting the internal strategy of the company and market information;
- Identifying the best transport solutions;
- Monitoring and processing all documents for settlement and justification of payment;
- Checking and signing the invoices related to completed trips and following-up the pending payments;
- Compliance with the targets related to the performance and quality of services.
