Generic IT solutions is the team that designs, builds and operate the core infrastructure services of NXP. We are a diverse mix with over a hundred network professionals in different levels of seniority that support our network infrastructure, the IT processes, the automation services and the special IT services for our secure environments. In our current evolution we transforming into the reliable IT foundation of tomorrow and are looking for the right talent to help us in our journey.
As IT Product manager you will be responsible for delivering value via lean, cross functional IT processes that support the NXP automation and cloud migration strategy. These processes are supported by the ServiceNow platform that contains an accurate and complete Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Your responsibilities

As part of the global role, work with peers and central team to improve global services and processes

Provide lean, cross functional IT processes that support the NXP automation and cloud migration strategy.

Monitor and measure process performance

Ensure customer advocacy by demonstrating continual service improvement in line with the needs of the Customer and the account’s processes.

Leadership identifying goals and objectives, and motivating and leading others towards their achievement.

Key contributor to account specific audits or other certifications.
Your team
NXP IT is well recognized as a modern IT organization with a DevOps ways of working. We are a diversified team with high energy, an open collaboration environment and eagerness for continuous improvement.
The team you will lead consist out of three DevOps teams: two process teams and one ServiceNow team. The teams are led by Product Owners. The resources of the different teams are based in India, Bucharest and Eindhoven. The product manager Enable reports to the Solution Manager Generic IT and works from Bucharest office.
Your profile
To be successful in this role you have:

A university degree with IT orientation and 5+ years of relevant IT (management) experience in designing and deploying enterprise level IT infrastructure solutions
Furthermore, you are:

Experienced with acting between business & IT service organization, being persuasive when required

Broadly skilled in information and communications technology

Familiar with ServiceNow, ITIL, SAFe framework

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
