You will be responsible to ensure timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting related to the performance of your area of responsibility.
You will improve the design and ongoing management of robust financial analysis, reporting and governance processes for EMEA controlling area.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- You assist the Global Finances team with the monthly and year end closing processes/ analysis.
- You support the local (country) controller and work with Global Controlling team
- You support in all planning activities (outlook, forecast, budget, 3 years plan)
- You are in charge with the ‘’perimeter’’ (country) month end closing
- You ensure consolidation and challenge clusters for cost controlling, reporting, FP&A
- You prepare of all financial reporting according to Corporate standards, governance and deadlines
- You support internal customers groups in all finance and accounting matters including analysis, budgeting, forecasting
- You provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and reviews (KPI monitoring and participation in special projects)
- You evaluate and drive optimizations across the different functions within GFS
- Improving existing processes and systems to drive efficiency
- You report and present output to senior management

Skills we can’t do without :
- You have a strong academic background: Finance and Controlling degree
- You have 3-5 years finance experience in Big 4 or multinational matrix environment
- You follow internal audit and internal controls with local teams
- You possess analytical and problem solving skills
- You are advanced in Excel, user or you are key user Controlling in SAP
- You have from 3 to 5 years finance experience in Big 4 or multinational matrix environment
- Your English is at very good level
